Dear Mr. Maier:
I have received and reviewed the referenced plans and have the following
comments to offer:
1} The sidewalk should be shown on the streets and also in the
standard street section detail.
2) I am still concerned that the filling on Lot 5 Blk A will cause
potential drainage problems for the lots in the Hunterwood
Addition that backup to Lot 5.
3) All standard details should be provided when the plans are
resubmitted.
4) The installation of the drainage system in Bethel School Road
will have to be coordinated with the construction of the Harris
Street/Bethel School Road improvements. If that street is not
constructed concurrent or prior to the construction of this
subdivision, then some t~pe of different drainage outfall will
be required with appropriate easements and ditching.
5) On Sheet 5, the general notes indicate that the water services
shall be a minimum of 3/4~. Please note that the water
services should be a minimum of 1" with a 3/4" ~ter.
6) The landscaping and irrigation plans are currently under review
by Public Works.
Once these corrections have been made, the revised plans and this review
set should be resubmitted.
