Dear Sir:
The following is a list of our water and sewer requirements and their costs
at the above location:
1. Install two new asphalt approaches (temporary) 150 yds of asphalt $1,800.00
2. 850 s.f. of city sidewalk 1,148.00
3. 1½" water meter with double check valve assembly which includes
meter box (1½" water meter to be tapped into existing 2" line) Water
meter is 5' off south property line)
4. Connect new 4" sanitary sewer line 50' east of west property line on
Carrollton/Coppell Rd.
5. Install 100 I.f. of 18" reinforced concrete pipe to tie into existing drop
inlet 90' east of Gulf's east property line 2,000.00
