Dear Mr. Davis:
In response to our onsite meetings of October 18th and October 28th , 1999, the following
changes have been made:

I have directed the utility contractor to move the water and landscape meter
cans currently located at the west approach in the R.O.W. easement, to the
east side of the vault to minimize the impact of the R.O.W. easement. It is my
understanding that the vault may be left in its current location, approximately
3 feet into the R.O.W. easement. I will have civil engineering resubmit plans
reflecting the vault's current location.

Civil Engineering shall resubmit a new grading and drainage plan regarding
the east and west approaches which reflects our discussions and your verbal
direction.
