There will be additional comments during detailed engineering plan review. 2. The drainage onsite will be private, therefore an easement will not be needed for the drainage or utilities in the fire lane. 3. The drainage channel is a jurisdictional wetlands, the proper permits will need to be acquired. 4. Has TXDOT received any preliminary plans for the proposed driveway location, we will need a copy of their approval permit/letter. 5. FYI, there is an existing property owners agreement for the maintenance and use of the shared 8" fire line loop.
