Dear Mr. Koch:
Enclosed is a copy of the .REVISED City of Coppell Development Fee Assessment table,
along with a copy of the Development Fee calculations for the referenced development.
The revision to the roadway impact fee assessment is due to this development being a
part of the Freeport North Development.
The City of Coppell received payment in the amount of $23,341.20 on May 27, 1999 to
cover the amount previously assessed. A copy of this letter will be forwarded to the City
Finance Department to aid in processing a refund of $8562.15 to the developer.
