Prevailing Wage Rates
Dear Mr. Ragsdill:
As you may know, we have been working to complete the plans and specifications for the City of Coppell's
2.0 million gallon elevated storage tank at Wagon Wheel Ranch Park for some time now. In our preliminary
specifications, we have a prevailing wage rate schedule dated 2/19/1993 that we received from your office.
We are enclosing a copy of the wage rate for your review.
We are nearing completion of the design and anticipate that the project will be advertised for bids by the end
of this month or the first part of February. Please provide us with the City's current prevailing wage rate
schedule for insertion into the project specifications. In addition, we have noted that additional wage rate
categories will likely be required for our project. Specifically, painters, painters helpers, welders and
boilermakers.
