Roadway Impact Fee Refund - CiCi's Addition No. 1
The roadway impact fees of $11,416.20 for CiCi's Addition No. 1 were assessed on May 27,
1999. These fees should be reduced by 75% due to a credit for Freeport North
Development. The entire impact fee of $23,341.20 was paid by JMC Restaurant
Distribution, Inc. on May 27, 1999. Hence, a refund of $8,562.15 should be made out to:
