Below are items discussed by all parties. Larry Davis needs set of standards of vault on project. Erosion control general discussion. · Sanitation advisement by Larry Davis. · Barricades emphasized in all right of way areas. · Trench safety plan required over 4'. · Letter required by Wednesday noon prior to any Saturday/Sunday work sent through general contractor. Larry advises of 30.00 per hour charge with minimum of 4 hours. · Cut off time is 3:00 p.m. Friday prior to overtime request. · Send ali Geotech reports to Larry Davis and Lee Stone. Larry advises to deal with him in depth about 3 weeks prior to C,O. inspection request. · Maintenance bond required regarding right of way or easements. Noted 50% of real cost for 2 years. · Larry wants a walk through with general contractor, paving, utility and fire line contractor toward end of project end emphasizes as builts and maintenance bonds will be required at this time. · Lee Stone notes that he is to be called at least every other day for pier hole inspections. Weekend work is generally worked out in the field regarding inspection. Lee does make Bullard aware that weekend inspections can be set up, but generally are not expected. Chris Perry states that weekend work will be photographed and put in construction file for reference if necessary. · Lee emphasizes scheduling of security and telephone systems. Also notes to watch out for changes in fire alarm system and to start early prior to C.O. inspection request. · Lee says health department not an issue, but will follow up to confirm. · It is noted that same day inspections will be made on inspection request received before 7:00 a,m. Lee emphasizes that after hours inspections will be made only as necessary. JUN--25--99 18 :5~ AM P. Sizelove Construction asked about early morning pours. Lee cites City of Coppell ordinance and states that unless there are any complaints that there should be no problem with 3:00 a.m. or 4:00 a.m. pours. In general it is understood that as long as information is flowing by all parties thal there will be a minimum of inconveniences by all parties, Chris Perry emphasizes to Lee that he will do his best to make Lee aware of any changes or questions that Bullard or the subcontractors may have in a timely manner.
