This letter serves to inform you that the street cuts required
for the "Childrens World" Day Care Center on North Moore Road
has been approved with the understanding that; 1)'approved set
of plans has been issued from the Building Inspections department,
2) there is no other utility accessible, 3) the contractor understands
fully that before any further inspections are made at the building
site, the contractor or authorized representative will make every
effort to adhere to the schedule attached hereto regarding
repacking and repaving of the excavated area.
In addition, the city's utility inspector, Steve Morton, will verify
prior to repouring of the street that all work has conformed
to the city's standards and specifications. The acceptance of
this letter and the performance of any activity associated with
the street cuts will be considered as acceptance of these
conditions. These conditions are asked in order to ensure and
maintain the health and welfare of this community.
