Include the responsible engineer's information. 2. For the next submittal staple the plans and roll them, do not fold. Plat— 3. Include a copy of the plat; it does not have to be a signed filed plat. We will need to compare the easements with the utilities. General notes- 4. Reference the City of Coppell standard details and specifications. You can find the information on our website in our subdivision ordinance and our standard details for the utilities. We also have a list of approved materials on our website under the pre-construction packet. Grading plan- 5. What are the corresponding tops of wall elevations with the bottom of wall? 6. Do you have an engineered design for the deep foundation on the retaining wall? 7. Are the elevations top of curb, top of pavement or just spot elevations? 8. Is the hatch the sidewalk? Include the hatch in the legend. 9. The sidewalk will need to meet ADA requirements with max 2% cross slope. Paving Plan- 10. Include the limit of removal at Southwestern Blvd and reference the construction joint detail. 11. You will need to stripe this as a fire lane. 12. Place barricades at the end of the road on both streets. 14. Show the traffic control at the intersection of Mango Street and Mango Court. Lighting and Traffic control- 15. Show the legend for the signs. 16. Add 3 more street lights. 17. Show the traffic control at the intersection of Mango Street and Mango Court. 18. Add a street sign name at the entrance. Storm drain plan- 19. The drainage easement should be private. 20. Install the headwall on piers; we have too many headwalls falling in the creeks from getting washed out. Sanitary sewer- 21. Show the existing sanitary sewer line and the service taps tying into it. 22. Submit the pedestrian bridge plans to Engineering Dept. for review. Water- 23. Clean up the water plan to make it legible. 24. Go ahead and make only one tap to Southwestern Blvd. and stub out to the west for future development as shown on the plans. 25. Add an 8" valve at the tap. 26. Add a fire hydrant at the north end as shown in the plans and the west side where the stub out will be. 27. Include the meter size for domestic and irrigation if any, and the quantity. There may be additional comments throughout the plans that need attention as well. Please make the necessary changes and submit these marked-up plans and two sets of revised plans to the City for review. If you have any questions,please contact this office at your convenience.
