Prior to the final acceptance of this project, a check in the mount of $877.80 should be made
payable to the City of Coppell and forwarded to Jennifer Armstrong, Finance Director, along with a
copy of the street light fee assessment list.
Please provide a copy of your paid receipt to our office so that we will be able to verify payment of
the required fees and assure a successful completion of this project.

1. Cfly or Developer agrees to pay Company $ in consideration of Company's agreement to install said street
lights and understands that no construction work will begin until after Company, has received full payment.
2. Company agrees to install, own, operate and maintain said street lights in accordance with its street lighting agme--
ment with customer. However, if City or Developer foils to pay, on demand, the amount indicated above, this supple-
mental agreement is automatically terminated.
3. Ail parties agree that Company will retain for its use and benefit the payment received hereunder in consideration of
its obligation Io install said streat lights and that Company at all limes has ~le to, and complete ownership and cordrol
of, said street lights.
4. Company is not liable for loss or injury caused by delay or foilure to install the electric fo'?'!!jties necessary to serve
customer because of delay in receiving shipments of required material, orders or formal re~t~ests of govemmental
agencies, acts of God or the public enemy, inevitable accidents, fire, explosions, strikes, riats, war, or any other causes
reasonably beyond control of Company. If Company Ls prevented from installing such electric focilities by any of the
above causes, Company agrees to retum to City or Developer, without interest, the entire amount of City or Devdoper's
payment, thereby terminating this supplement and Company's obligation to provide the electric focilities described herein.
5. This agreement is entered into subject to the terms of the Agreement for Streef Lighting Service between City and
