I have researched our files and it looks like payment for Lots
2, 3 and 4 are still outstanding. I must check with Finance to see if
that is correct, since I may not have the entire payment history here.
Is the name & address information we used for the first three payments
(Lot 1, 5, 6 & 7) still valid?

Coppell TX 75019
We have this in our financial software as the vendor payment
info. If it is no longer valid, Finance may require something that
shows a name change to the entity or person to be paid. If everything
is the same, I will prepare the payment paperwork and have Ken sign it
when he returns to the office.
