and Specifications as noted below. Acknowledge receipt of the Addendum in the space provided
on the Bid Form and on the outer envelope of the Bid Proposal. Failure to acknowledge receipt
of this Addendum may subject the Bidder to disqualification.
This addendum consists of 2 pages and 5 attachments.
Bidders are directed to revise and/or incorporate into the bid the following items:
It has come to our attention that some of the plans released from our office included missing text
from several sheets in the plans. The electronic file uploaded to BidSync was also missing this
information. Please disregard the following sheets in the Willow Springs Drive bid set and
replace them with the attached sheets; 8, 11, 12, 13, and 21. A new electronic file has been
uploaded to BidSync to include the correct sheets.
