Re: License Agreement Beltline Road Water Line (WA 94-01)
Dear Ms. Seidner:
Enclosed with this letter please find the following: 1) three signed copies of the license
agreement; 2) a check in the amount of $500.00; 3) a portion of the specifications for the
project which show the bid item for the boring and the installation of the pipe beneath Beltline
Road and the section of specifications that shows that bid item includes the steel casing pipe;
and 4) a copy of the plans showing the limits of the casing pipe to go from Station 35+57 to
Station 37+92.6, a total distance of 235.6 feet. Also, the City of Coppell has spoken with the
contractor on the project to advise him that the minimum thickness of the casing material is 3/8"
not 9/32".
I believe this information has addressed concerns expressed on the license agreement. However,
