Dear Mr. Pippett:
Upon completion of the filling, chlorination and testing of the
elevated tank, the work performed under this portion of the
contract has been inspected by authorized representatives of the
City of Coppell and Ginn, Inc., and this portion of the project
is hereby declared to be substantilly complete as of March 11,
1987.
A tentative "punch list" has not been performed at this point in
time. At the time of final walk-thru and inspection, a final
list will be provided.

The Contractor accepts the above Certificate of Substantial
Completion date for the tank portion, only, of the contract and
agrees that items, when presented on a final punch list, will be
completed or corrected.

The Owner accepts the project as substantially complete, for the
portion indicated, and will accept possession of the project 'upon
City Council approval and acceptance.
