Dear Mr. Pippett:
We acknowledge receipt of your letter of December 23, 1986,
requesting a 35 day extension on the above referenced project.
It was mailed to City of Coppell, not Ginn, Inc., and we did not
received it until January 8, 1987.
We are taking your request under advisement at this time and are
reviewing Newmann Company's log and our own daily reports.
After we complete our review, we will advise you of our
decision. In the meantime, please provide us with an up-to-date
schedule of your plan to complete the remainder of the project
in a timely manner.
