JQ Infrastructure is pleased to be selected to provide survey, design and construction related engineering services
for the above referenced project. Fees for the services will be billed for each roadway design as follows:
CONSULTANT FEES
CONSULTANT will be paid on a lump sum basis and will be billed monthly based on percentage of project
complete. The fee for services, which includes reimbursable expenses is as follows:
TASK FEE
Task 1, Vanbebber Road — Survey, Design and Construction Related Services $64,082.5
Task 2, Sandy Knoll Drive —Survey, Design and Construction Related Services $82,857.50
TOTAL FEE = $146,940.00
