I would like to thank you for your time and consideration during my
visit to your home on June 30, 1997. As I stated during, my visit,
if you have any insurance claims related to the sewer overflow on
June 23, 1997, please feel free to call me.
You asked about the possibility of putting a concrete ring around
one of the cleanouts. I do not have any problem with doing this.
I will be writing a workorder for the crew to install a concrete
skirt around the cleanout. You also mentioned that you would like
to see a diversion ditch made to prevent the sewage overflow from
going into your son's home. In the near future I will meet with
you to determine where the ditch should be placed to prevent the
flow from going into your son's home.
