Enclosed is the preliminary site plan for the elevated tank project. Please review our layout of the future park
entrance road. As we have it shown, additional right-of-way is required for the property to the north. We can
shift the entrance to the south, but we like the current layout better. Also, even with a more southern
alignment, additional right-of-way is required.
Unless major alignment changes are made in the future entrance road, its final location does not have a
significant impact on the tank location or site plan. Therefore, we are moving forward with our preparation of
final plans while the City evaluates this situation.
