Dear Mr. Bush:
We have been notified by the City of Coppell that Village Parkway
will be closed to vehicular traffic on Sunday, May 14, 1989 for
a bike race. Portions of MacArthur Blvd. will also be effected
in the vicinity of your project.
To insure safe and pleasant racing conditions through this area,
the City has requested that all construction debris (mud, rocks,
etc.) be removed from Village Parkway and MacArthur Blvd. (from
Sandy Lake to Village Parkway) on or before Saturday, May 13,
1989. We suggest that you contact Karl Hirschey or Ned Durbin
with Cajun Contractors, Inc. and coordinate a combined clean up
effort.
