Dear Mr. Hirschey:
Per Mr. Durbin's request, our surveyors have verified the layout
of all facilities on the above referenced project site. We have
determined that your facilities are set approximately 2.25 feet
south east of their specified location. Several areas which we
foresee to possibly be affected include the yard piping,
driveways, site grading, and fencing. Please review this matter
and propose a solution that is acceptable to all parties.
