Dear Mr. Hirschey:
We have reviewed your March 28, 1989 letter regarding the
possible use of a surge anticipator valve. We appreciate your
help in investigating this option; however, based on the
projected cost increase of $2,645.00, we do not wish to pursue
this item at this time. Your initial submittal on the surge
relief valve will be returned in a few days with our comments.
