Attached is a proposed License Agreement between the City of Coppell and Touch
America, Inc. Our city attorney has prepared the agreement in accordance to guidelines
used in the City with regard to similar agreements. Please forward a copy of the proposal
to Touch America, Inc. for their review and provide a written response as soon as
possible.
Meanwhile, our Engineering Department will be reviewing the proposal and providing
