Touch America, Inc. is planning to place four 2 inch HDPE conduits through the City of Coppell. Fiber
optic cable will be pulled through one of the four conduits, the other three will be reserved for future long
distance communication needs of Touch America. The conduits and fiber optic cable will be used for long
distance service only with no plans for any local service to the City of Coppell.
