Dear Mr. Hirschey:
Attached please find six (6) copies of proposed Change Order #2
for the above referenced project. This proposed change order
will allow for the main service breakers to be remotely tripped
from outside the building. The net change to the contract amount
will be a $2,300.00 increase. There will be no proposed increase
in contract time.
Please execute all six copies and return them to our office. We
will then forward them to the City for their review and approval.
Your prompt attention is requested so that we may comply with
your April 28, 1989 deadline.
