Pump Foundation Pads
Dear Mr. Hirschey:
After review of the certified pump drawing (Worthington Drawing
#RX186194), it will be necessary to adjust the location of the
pump foundation pads. Each pad is currently shown as 3'-0"
west and 7'-0" east of the piping centerline. The foundation
pads should be shifted to the east approximately 1'-0". The
correct alignment will be 2"-0" west and 8'-0" east of the piping
centerline for each pad.
We have attached a sketch of this adjustment to be made on sheet
S-2 of the plans. Please see that the necessary provisions are
made to properly locate the pump pads.
