RE: Telecommunications System
Dear Mr. Berning:
Please accept this as written notification that the City of Coppell is hereby waiving all fees
associated with the construction of a private telecommunications system by the Carrollton -
Farmers Branch Independent School District. In lieu of the assignment of fees, the City reserves
the right to utilize your facilities in concert with existing policies and regulation. Please note that
inspection of the construction work has not been waived, only the permit fees.
Please sign the License Agreement and forward two fully executed copies to Ken Griffin,
Coppell City Engineer, as soon as possible. We appreciate the cooperation the Carrollton -
Farmers Branch ISD has shown the City in the past, and we look forward to working on projects
in the future that are mutually beneficial.
