Worth, TX 76102 RE: Carrollton — Farmers Branch ISD Wide Area Network Project Dear Mr. Bauman: This letter is to advise you that Carrollton - Farmers Branch Independent School District (the District) has appointed SBC DataComm as our authorized agent for the sole purpose of collecting information and documentation in the preparation of securing usage of public right -of -ways. This documentation will be used to apply for permits; licenses, franchises and easements for the construction and maintenance of a private communications network connecting approximately forty -seven (47) District facilities contained within five (5) different municipalities. This representation shall remain in force until notified in writing by this office.
