Attached please find two (2) executed copies of Change Order #1
for the above referenced project. Prior to commencing the work
outlined in the Change Order, we need your concurrence with the
clarifications outlined in our March 6, 1989 letter regarding the
open cutting and resurfacing of Kimbel Kourt. Please note that
the City's approval is conditional upon these clarifications.
