Major Color Selections
Dear Mr. Doyle:
We have made several preliminary color selections for the Village
Parkway ~mp Station and Rese~oir. Prior to releasing these
items to the appropriate contractors, we wish to provide the City
of Coppell the opportunity, as o~er and client, to review and or
modify these selections.
Our specified brick for the pump station and rese~oir pilasters
is Eureka Brick and Tile Co. %38 Modular Sand (Red). In
addition, the pump station will utilize accent stripes of Eureka
~250 Modular Smooth (Brown) (reference attached drawing A-2 for
the pattern). The specified mortar color is bro~.
We are including a brick sample with the colored mortar for your
use in evaluating the color selections listed below. We are
submitting the following items for your review and consideration:
P~p Station Slate Roof:
Our selected and specified shingle is the "Supra-Slate" by
Supradur in the Pennsylvania Gray color. Three other colors are
available: Ve~ont Green, Rutland Red, and Bangor Black. We
reco~end the Pennsylvania Gray.
Rese~oir Wall an4 Roof ~olor:
The tank walls between the pilasters and the tank roof will be
coated with Thorocoat (see attached tank sketch). The architect
has proposed four (4) possible colors: ~16-24D Etruscan Red, ~51-
lSD Flemish Brown, ~51-24D Chestnut Brown, and ~52-3M Beach
Beige. We have selected ~52-3M Beach Beige for the Thorocoat
color. We are enclosing a standard Thorocoat color chart and a
custom color chart for your use.

Please advise us of any color selection changes which the City of
Coppell would like to make prior to April 3, 1989. At that time,
we will release the selections to the Contractors.
Please return the samples and color charts to our office after
concluding your review and selection. If you have any questions,
please contact us.
