Following is the conceptual site plan for the Wagon Wheel Ranch Tank. We are currently working
to complete the detailed site plan for the construction plans and intend to send our survey cre~v to
the site within the next few days. We ax~ticipate needing access to the site for our geotechnical
evaluation later next week. We believe that neither of these operations will disturb the livestock on
the property nor will require special fencing.
As we discussed, a fenced area of no less than 250'x250' is desirable for the construction of the
tank. In order to protect and separate livestock on the park property, we suggest you direct your
lessee to fence an area of at least 300'x300' from the northwest corner of the Park.
