Enclosed for your files are two (2) complete sets of the executed
contract documents for the above referenced project.
Your Notice to Proceed date is January 26, 1989. You are
required to complete all of the work within 300 consecutive
calendar days thereafter. Your completion date for this project
is November 22, 1989.
The contract documents provide for an assessment in the sum of
$1,000.00 per calendar day as liquidated damages for each
consecutive calendar day after the above established contract
completion date that the work remains incomplete.
