Dear Mr. Kester:
The City of Coppell has begun construction on the above
referenced project with a scheduled completion date of November
22, 1989. The contractor for this project is Cajun Contractors,
Inc. of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
As you are aware, this project involves several modifications to
the existing Rate-of-Flow controller on Sandy Lake Road. Per our
conversation of January 25, 1989, we will be forwarding all
submittals which involve DWU equipment to you for approval. At
this time, we are transmitting eight (8) copies of the following
for your approval:
1) Turbine Meter and Strainer
Please return three (3) approved copies to our office. We will
then release the approved submittals to the contractor.
We are also enclosing three (3) sets of Sheet 42 and 43 for this
project. These sheets involve the modifications to the DWU
facilities.
If you have any questions or if we can be of further assistance,
