Dear Mr. Bush:
We are in receipt of your brick sample submitted for approval on
the above referenced project. The sample, Hope Brick Works,
Shade #1202-3D will not be acceptable on this project.
To insure architectural conformance between the reservoir
pilasters and pump station, we request that you use Eureka Brick
and Tile Company, #38 Modular Sand. The local distributor for
this brick is Brick Distributors, 1400 N. Broadway, Carrollton,
Texas, 75006, (214) 245-1542.
Additionally, we request that your masonry subcontractor use a
mortar color, #37A as manufactured by Solomon Grind-Chem Service,
Inc. of Springfield, Illinois.
