Gentlemen:
Per our previous conversations concerning open cut at crossings
in lieu of Jack and Bore, we ask that you consider the following
proposal.
We will lay pipe at the three shopping center entrances on Sandy
Lake Road, the two entrances to the strip shopping center on
Kimbel Kourt, and the crossing of Kimbel Kourt in accordance with
specifications for open cut construction. All concrete driveways
will be saw cut or removed at existing expansion joints.
Driveways will be replaced per original construction.
In exchange for the acceptance of the aforementioned 'method we
will pulverize, recompact, and install a 2" H.M.A.C. surface to
Kimbel Kourt from Sandy Lake Road to the concrete paving at
Village Parkway. This resurfacing would be sequenced as one of
the last job activities.
Also included in this exchange would be to provide the necessary
pipe, fittings, and labor to avoid an existing pipe at station
10+87 of the 36" offsite line; as well as adjustments to the same
line at the area of the Sandy Lake Road crossing.
