Dear Mr. Hirschey:
You are hereby notified to commence work on the Village Parkway Pump Station
for the City of Coppell, Texas on or before January 26, 1989 and shall fully
complete all of the work within three hundred (300) consecutive calendar days
thereafter. Your completion date is November 22, 1989.
The contract documents provide for an assessment in the sum of One Thousand
Dollars ($1,000.00) per calendar day as liquidated damages for each
consecutive calendar day after the above established contract completion date
that the work remains incomplete.
