RE: Second Landscaping Review Comments for the $1.25 Dry Cleaners
Dear Mr. Hollingsworth:
The City of Coppell has received the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
1. Show all easements including the 20' sanitary sewer easement, the hike and bike trail
easement and the sidewalk/utility easement.
2. Landscaping and irrigation plans must be stamped and signed by a licensed landscape
architect and licensed irrigator.
3. Show the correct meter sizes on the irrigation plans.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you should
