RE: East Beltline Water Line Project WA 94-01
Dear Mr. Alumbaugh:
At the November 8th, 1994 City Council meeting, the City Council awarded the referenced
project to your firm. The City has received the necessary documents to obtain the permits from
TRA and DART. Those documents will be processed to the City Council at the December 13th,
1994 City Council meeting. Enclosed with his letter are three copies of the contract. Please
sign and return the three copies so that they can be executed by the Mayor. Once the contracts
have been signed by the Mayor, a copy will be returned to your office along with a notice to
proceed letter.
Also, included with this letter please find the 'Construction Agreement and Contractor's Right
of Entry' form from DART . That document should be completed, signed and returned to
DART prior to any work within DART's right-of-way. If you have any questions concerning
