Mr. Betancourt lives at the t-intersection of Woodhurst & Willow
Springs. He said the contractor recently replaced the sewer and manhole
in front of his house & dug up a “bunch of bricks”. He said they shoved
them in the hole. He asked them to take them out because he is
concerned they will just backfill with dirt & leave them there. Can you
check this out for him?
