The City of Coppell has received the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
1. A 10' landscape buffer is required on the northern and southern property lines.
Landscaping and irrigation plans must be stamped and signed by a licensed landscape
architect and licensed irrigator.
Provide landscaping plans up to the ingress/egress for the left mm lane into the shopping
center. Also, provide irrigation and landscaping plans for the left mm lane per City of
Coppell Streetscape plan. Irrigation heads shall be relocated in the median.
Show the domestic and irrigation service line size and their meter sizes respectively on the
irrigation plans.
The following comments were addressed by Planning and Building Inspection Departments:
5. A 3' berm or landscape barrier is required at the location shown on the landscape plan.
6. Show the entire property on the landscape plan.
7. Correct the irrigation note on the ~rrigation plans.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you should
