RE: Water Tower
Pursuant to our recent conversations, the City of Coppell has begun the design process for a new
west-side water tower. Revenue bonds will be issued in the fall of 1996, and the tower should
be completed by the fourth quarter of 1997, barring unforeseen circumstances.
Completion of this tower will ensure adequate water supply for the commercial and industrial
development we anticipate along our Highway 121 corridor. If you have any further questions
