Estimated Total $50,000 . . . if it can be constructed.
NOTE: Attached copy of plans show an 8" water line in the alley; 18" storm drain system
in Glendale; and 12" petroleum line in RR right-of-way.
Each of these will affect the grade and location of any rerouted sewer line into the
Creekview Subdivision. Plus, the existing sewer lines would need to be evaluated for
capacity.
NOTE: This whole issue would have been a moot issue with correct surveying or the
modification of the 21 foot drop manhole on the west side of Denton Tap south of
Bethel Road. That's right, the Engineer removed all the grade from the sewer line
and then busted the surveying. With proper design and surveying, we would have
20+ feet to get fall in to eliminate the "Joe Bob Fikes" sewer.
I am willing to discuss this with you at your convenience.
