Dear Mr. Kline:
I am enclosing two (2) copies of the Easement Agreement with the corrections requested
by the City Attorney. Please have the agreements signed, by the City of Coppell,
acknowledged and return both copies to me, at 1601 Bryan Street, EP 34128, Dallas,
Texas 75201-3411, for further execution. I will return a signed original for the appropriate
records.
Ryland Homes will be required to pay a $ 2,000.00 purchase price for this easement. A
check, made payable to TU Electric, should accompany the agreements when returned for
final execution. I will also need two copies of the original, stamped, field notes.
