RE: Response to Castlebury Court Construction P1an Comments
Dear Mr. Collins:
Enclosed please find ten revised blueline sets for approval, and the City's marked set of construction
plans. The following represents our response to your comments:
The brick paving band has been shown on the "Future Castlebury Connection" detail and a
note has been added stating that the contractor is not to install a brick paving band but is to
provide the City of Coppell with brick pavers. A note has been added to install a redwood
expansion joint at Station 1+11.28.
2. Per my conversation with you today we have not moved the inlets.
3. The future storm drain connection detail has been noted as for informational purposes only.

A note has been added to the water line layout sheet stating that Lone Star Gas will be
relocating their gas line to the south side of Sandy Lake Road.
Per our discussion a note has been added to the sewer service detail that states to refer to the
City of Coppell Standard Construction Details for sewer service connections.
We are in the process of revising the alley fight-of-way documents per your comments and
preparing them for filing.

The other various minor comments have also been addressed. We are in to process of paying all the
necessary fees ~md filing the alley right-of-way easement. We are anticipating that we will still be
allowed to include these plans in the preconstruction meeting for Westbury Manor on Thursday. We
do understand that all comments must be addressed and that the fees must be paid prior to the
preconstmctiola meeting. I appreciate the staff's time and consideration in the review of this project
and if you have any questions, or need any additional information please do not hesitate to call.
