review. I have not been notified that he has completed the review of
these plans, so I have not prepared the remaining required sets. I will

Kenny,
We have not received the maintenance bonds or the erosion control bond.
We are also lacking the final as-builts. We still have concerns with
the drainage from the adjacent properties along the west property line
being blocked. The first heavy rain we get they will have standing water
in their back yards and we will get phone calls. I understand Larry has
discussed this issue with you. As soon as we get these items we will be
able to issue the final acceptance letter.
