I believe Marc has topo on the adjacent lots that show the flow going
away from our site with the exception of the most south lot that drains
on to us, which we have taken into consideration by providing a small
space under the fence. If you do receive complaints from the neighbors
we will try to address their concerns.
Marc, please submit "As-Builts" and topo to Mike.

Kenny,
We have not received the maintenance bonds or the erosion control bond.
We are also lacking the final as-builts. We still have concerns with
the drainage from the adjacent properties along the west property line
being blocked. The first heavy rain we get they will have standing water
in their back yards and we will get phone calls. I understand Larry has
discussed this issue with you. As soon as we get these items we will be
able to issue the final acceptance letter.
