Notification of Repairs/Maintenance Bond

An inspection of the referenced project has been conducted by representatives of the City of
Coppell prior to the expiration of the two-year Maintenance Bond.
The following items need to be resolved prior to expiration of Maintenance Bond:
1) Two sanitary sewer service lines on Cambridge Court.
Please contact me at 304-3684 to inform me of when your crews will be on the project to correct
the deficiencies.
