Dear Mr. Johnson:
A CLOMR was issued by your office on January 17, 1996, for two tracts along Denton
Creek in Coppell, Texas. One of these tracts (tract "B") has been filled and verified,
and I am submitting information in request of a Letter of Map Revision. The following
items are enclosed:
· Certification of Fill Placement
· As-Built Grading Plan showing final spot elevations
· A check for $225.00
· A metes and bounds description of area filled area
· Copy of CLOMR.
The referenced tract will be used for a single residence. The minimum finished floor
elevation will be 454.25. (Please see original grading plan.)
