Here is the revised park site/elevated storage tank site on the Wagon Wheel property. The
owner has reduced the frontage on Sandy Lake Road from 1460' to 1075' and Increased the
depth to 1825'. Access to the south end of the property would be provided by extending
Northport eastward from Royal to form the property's southern boundary. The size of the
resulting property is approximately 48.7 acres.
We are expecting a wdtten response to the City's offer by the end of the week.
