Re: Estates of Cambridge Manor Letter of Map Revision
On March 29. 1995, the official floodplain map for the City of Coppell was revised to reflect
that the Estates of Cambridge Manor had been granted their official Letter of Map Revision
(LOMR). This revision removes the subdivision known as the Estates of Cambridge Manor
from the 100-year floodplain. The City of Coppell is the official repositoD' for any changes to
the floodplain map. Therefore, the official notification from the Federal Emergency
Management Agency (FEMA) granting the Letter of Map Revision is on file at the City of
Coppeli along with a revised portion of the official floodplain map.
